To Ayia Napa with easyJet Holidays for £144

Prices

Most, if not all, tourists visiting Ayia Napa have to take into account the price level in the resort in order to decide on how much money to budget. Based on our vacation in Napa in June 2008 we have compiled this list of prices:

Evening meal at restaurants
Fajitas with chicken: €13
Sirloin steak: €15
Pizza Margarita: €7
Pizza with Parma Ham: €13
House wine bottle: €8-12
Glass of house wine: €2-4
Bottle of beer: €2.50-3.50

Lunch meal at restaurants
Sandwich: €3-5
Hamburger: €4-6
Large bottle of water: €2

Bars
Beer 0.5 litre: €3-4
Cocktail (Mojito, Cosmopolitan): €5

Some bars that are located a bit away from the centre of the resort have cheaper prices and happy hours to attract customers. At these places you can enjoy offers like pay for 1 get 2, or even “drink as much as you want in 1 hour for €10. “ Towards the end of “The Strip” there’s some old and run down bars/pubs where there’s 0.5l local draught beer for €2.

At clubs you can expect even higher prices for beer and drinks.

Supermarkets
At the supermarkets you can buy six-packs of beers for 3-4 euros. This is 0.33 litres. A bottle of 0.5 litre imported beer was available for around €1 at supermarkets.

Local differences in Cyprus
Ayia Napa is a resort that lives and breathes between April and October. Outside this period there’s very little that happens. This means that there’s no local stores where the local population goes shopping. If you are travelling a bit around in Cyprus to other towns and cities you will find places where the locals go, these places have cheaper prices.
