If you are eating late meals at Indian restaurants and washing them down with pints of lager you probably should have a morning or afternoon jog to limit the damages to your body. And, there are good “facilities” for jogging in Ayia Napa.

Along the waterfront there are nice paths where you can do some jogging. From the harbour in Ayia Napa to Nissi Beach there’s 4 km of nice prepared jogging paths. Enjoy a 8 km run before you knock back the pints!
The best time to do your jogging is just before sundown, the beaches are vacated and the temperature is allright. If you’re lucky you will enjoy a nice sea breeze as well.
